Verbal Verifications

VERBAL VERIFICATIONS   — (The verification process typically takes between 1 & 4 minutes to complete.)

1. Verification number:         800-873-0506.
2. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3. Prior to the customer verbally verifying your installer will need to provide the verification service with the following information:

• YOUR company name
• THE CUSTOMER’S company name
• The business owner’s name
• Lease Terms (example:  59.99 X 48 months)
• Last 4 digits of the OWNER’s Social Security Number
• Serial numbers for the equipment being received

4. You can either put your customer on the phone or conference them into the call.
5. PLEASE NOTE:         Any verifications completed after 3:30pm EST will be funding the following business day, provided we have all the needed documents
