Lease Contract

Kansas, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee & Vermont customers must also initial and sign FORM A as well as the lease and lease confirmation.  This is due to the 3 day right of rescission on commercial contracts in these states.  Click HERE for Form A.

Please fill out the Lease Contract  completely.  Make sure all open fields are filled in completely and all the information is correct.  Please make sure that the merchant signs and dates all appropriate areas as well as initialing and signing page 4 (lease confirmation).

Please note:  The lease agreement MUST be filled out before the lessee signs it.  There are no cross-outs or no white-outs allowed on the lease.  Please use black or blue ink.  There is no title allowed in the “personal guarantor” line.  If a mistake is made in filling out the lease please start over.

As the vendor, on the bottom of page 3 of the lease you will need to put your company name,  the date as well as your signature where indicated.

We can fund a lease on an emailed or faxed copy as long as the document is VERY CLEAR and LEGIBLE.  If it is determined that the lease copy is not clear or legible enough we will let you know right away.  If a better copy is not able to be submitted we will have to wait to receive the original copy in the mail before we can fund the lease.

Please note:  If we do fund the lease on an Emailed or Faxed copy of the lease,  Advantage Leasing still requires that you mail in the original lease copy to our offices at the address above.
