Customer Lease Application

In order to get a lease application graded and approved you will need submit the Customer’s Signed Lease Application as well as a copy of the merchants drivers license.

Please fill out this lease application completely and have the merchant sign at the bottom.  Then email or fax the signed application as well as a a copy of the drivers license to Advantage Leasing.  You can email to Natasha@Advleasing.com or fax to 616-243-0530.

Once the signed application and drivers license are received it will be submitted to our underwriting department to be assigned a grade.  Once the application is graded you will be notified of the grade right away.  This process typically takes less than an hour but may at times take up to 2 hours.
