To become an Approved Vendor to submit leases for funding to Advantage Leasing you will  have to fill out this Vendor Application & Agreement.  Please fill both the Application & Agreement out completely.  Sign and date all the indicated areas and return to Advantage Leasing by faxing to 616-243-0530 or Emailing to Natasha@Advleasing.com.

Once the application is received it will be forwarded to the underwriting department.  They will review your application and you will be notified typically within a day as to whether you are approved or not.
